The WEST DUNDEE LEAFS HOCKEY CLUB is a not for profit organization established in 1973 to promote youth ice hockey in the Fox Valley and surrounding area communities. In 2007 we moved into our state-of-the-art on and off ice training facility, the Leafs Ice Centre, now known as Canlan Ice Sports in West Dundee, IL.
The WEST DUNDEE LEAFS HOCKEY CLUB is committed to creating a strong, family-friendly community of individuals focused on all aspects of player development in this great game of hockey. Our goal is to develop players to be grounded, well rounded, confident individuals—demonstrating leadership, teamwork and respect for themselves and others both on and off the ice, with a life-long passion to succeed.
We need all LEAFS families to help us embrace this mission as well as the guiding LEAFS principles listed to the right, as we embark on the next chapter in our Club’s history.
The LEAFS HOCKEY CLUB is proud to skate at Canlan Ice Sports Center. Canlan is a state of the art ice facility located 5 minutes off of I-90 in West Dundee. With 3 NHL size rinks and a state of the art off-ice training center Canlan is considered a one of kind ice facility.
Our Off-Ice Facility offers programs for all levels of hockey, figure skating and sports conditioning and is committed to taking your game to the next level by successfully preparing you for your next game, practice or competition.
